I’m Victoria, and my kitchen is the heart of my home. When I’m not perfecting my bake, I’m busy raising my boys and embracing the beautiful chaos of family life. This bakery was born out of a desire to build love through the food we eat and to share that passion with the people around me. I believe baking shouldn’t be rushed, which is why I dedicate 48 hours to every loaf, allowing time to develop the flavor and texture that only patience can provide. For me, sourdough is more than just flour and water; it’s a craft I’ve spent three years refining so I can offer the very best to our community. From my kitchen to your table, I’m honored to be your local baker.
