Hi! I’m Victoria.
My journey into the world of sourdough didn't happen overnight. It was born out of a desire to feed my family well and a fascination with the slow, rhythmic art of fermentation. I’ve spent the last three years perfecting my bake. Learning the quirks of my starter, the feel of the dough, and the science behind that perfect, golden crust.
For me, baking isn't just a hobby, it's a way of life. Between the chaos and joy of raising my boys, the kitchen is where I find my flow. Every loaf I sell is a piece of that journey, handcrafted with the same care I give to my own family.
